Reducing risk of malicious ads

Don Marti has a good use of enterprise policies for blocking Google Search Ads, while still keeping other ads functional. Use case is that companies would often want to protect their workstations from accidents where employees end up opening malicious ads links from the Google Search results. While it doesn’t protect from other kinds of malicious ads (from other ads networks), at least it could add extra layer of protection for both Chrome and Firefox users.

As much as I keep blocking all the ads I can, this is a good middle ground for those who still have to keep regular ads enabled “for business reasons”. For example, if they happen to work at companies who depend on ads for their own websites.
